Texas Instruments TMUX611x quad SPST switch is a modern CMOS device with four independently selectable SPST switches. The device can operate normally from dual supplies (�� 5V to �� 16.5V), single supplies (10V to 16.5V), or asymmetric supplies. All digital inputs have TTL compatible thresholds to ensure TTL / CMOS logic compatibility. Use logic 0 on the digital control input of TMUX6111 to switch on. Logic 1 is required to turn on the switch in TMUX6112. TMUX6113 has two switches whose digital control logic is comparable to TMUX6111, while the other two switches have opposite logic. TMUX6113 displays break-before-make switches, making the device useful in crosspoint switch applications.
